Maintenance Coordinator

Our client, a leading production and manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join their team. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting both the production and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator Location: Waco, NE Pay Range: Based on experience

What's the Job?

• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed within the scheduled time.
• Maintain proper inventory of maintenance materials and spare parts.
• Prioritize and coordinate maintenance activities between maintenance and production teams.
• Support the maintenance supervisor to minimize impact on process operations.
• Assist production and technical teams in establishing and following up on preventive maintenance plans.

What's Needed?

• 13 years of experience in a maintenance coordination or related role.
• Experience operating SAP or similar systems for work order processing.
• Ability to schedule and manage external vendors, including PO setup for payment.
• Strong collaboration skills across maintenance, production, and technical teams.
• Understanding of export control requirements due to site-specific technology access.
