Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, appropriate, and effective care for urological health issues
• Utilize evidence-based medicine in your practice
• Build and maintain effective relationships with patients, facility staff, and collaborating healthcare providers
• Adhere to state laws and regulations governing advanced practice nursing

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certification by NCCPA
• Unrestricted licensure in Oregon, or ability to obtain
• Current Oregon DEA certification required before start date

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in outpatient or surgical settings
• Experience in acute care and/or urology preferred

The compensation for this position typically ranges from $104,500 to $156,000. Total cash compensation encompasses base salary and bonuses, influenced by factors such as local labor markets, education, and experience, with potential increases based on productivity and performance.
