Urologist Opportunity in New York
Join a growing, physician-led medical practice in Williamsville seeking Urologists to help contribute to the success of our Urology department. This opportunity offers collaboration with a supportive team, access to an established patient base, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

Practice Setting
- Robust referral system with 50 primary care physicians and 400 patients in the referral queue
- Support staff includes dedicated nurses, MAs, surgical techs, and APPs in both clinical and hospital settings
- Opportunity for ownership in an ancillary surgery center and optional use of robotic surgical technology
Schedule
- Flexible workweek with 4- or 5-day options!
- Balanced clinical and surgical schedule
- APPs handle primary calls; call consists of primarily post operative call
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary is up to $600,000 for experienced providers, with total earning potential ranging from $700,000–$900,000
- $25,000 sign-on bonus
