Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Urologist to join our healthcare team in Port Arthur, TX. Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
- Deliver high-quality urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various urological conditions.
- Perform both minor and major urological procedures, utilizing advanced techniques and technologies.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations and assessments.
Clinical Services:
- Provide outpatient consultations and follow-up care in a state-of-the-art clinic.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Offer guidance and education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Texas (or eligibility to obtain).
Proven experience in performing a range of urological procedures.
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and excellent communication skills.
