Production Operator

Hiring Production Operator in Burlington, WA! As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating multiple assigned positions and tasks to produce quality work. This includes the placement and testing of electrical components, cleaning finished products, and loading raw materials into machines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage multiple assigned positions and tasks safely and efficiently.
• Place and test electrical components as part of production tasks.
• Clean finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Load raw materials into machines to maintain continuous production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machinery issues.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and coworkers.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions in English.
• Intermediate computer literacy, including data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to distinguish between colors.
• Effective communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Computer capabilities for using Excel and other functions required for Operator II.
• General labor and production experience.
• Machine operating experience.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Pay Rate: $18/hr - $21/hr + $2/hr night shift differential = $23/hr total (for night shift)

Pitman schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on, 2 days off).

Day shift: 6AM - 6PM

Night shift: 6:30PM 6:30AM

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
