? $3022 Weekly Gross ($30/hr on W2 with $1897 weekly stipend) (travel) | $70/hr local (W2)

? 13-week contract with potential to extend | Full-time, Monday–Friday | 37.5 hrs/week

Day shift, Monday through Friday

No call-off policy (14-day written cancellation notice)

Are you an experienced OR Nurse Manager ready to lead a high-performing surgical team? We’re looking for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, acute care setting and knows how to balance patient safety, team performance, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room and surgical services
• Support and mentor OR nurses, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and administrative teams to streamline workflow
• Manage staffing, schedules, and performance metrics
• Maintain compliance with all hospital and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of OR nursing experience, with leadership experience preferred
• Current RN license (active and in good standing)
• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• CNOR certification required (CCI)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
