Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

• Attractive Compensation Package: $40,000 Starting Bonus + $40,000 Retention Bonus (no repayment required)
• Flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle with 12- and 8-hour shifts available.
• Full time and part-time positions available with clinic hours Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturday-Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexible scheduling in 8-week blocks.
• Supportive infrastructure with access to an extensive network of specialty care providers, pharmacy services, and in-house radiologists available for STAT readings.
• Opportunity to practice virtual care after 6 months.
• Assistance from dedicated Medical Assistants and Registered Nurses trained for IV procedures.
• Participation in an Emergency Room diversion program.
• Guaranteed follow-up visits with specialty providers.

Required Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine with pediatric experience.
• An unrestricted WA State Medical License prior to your start date.
• Current WA DEA certificate required before starting the position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Urgent Care, Walk-in Clinic, or Emergency Medicine setting.

The salary range for this role is between $226,000 and $366,000 annually, based on full-time employment. Pay varies based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401k contributions, all subject to eligibility requirements.
