Urgent Care Physician

Job Description:

About this role: As an Advanced Practice Provider in Urgent Care, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role you will support the Insta-Care locations in the Central Market. Your primary clinic will be Alta View Insta-Care and you will also be credentialed with all 11 local clinical sites as needed. Our Insta-Care Clinics are open every day throughout the year.

• This position includes $7,500 in relocation assistance where eligible
• Your work schedule will be 12 (twelve) x 12-hour shifts per month
• No on-call duties, however an occasional weekend is required
• 2+ years urgent care/ED experience

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
• Board certification or eligibility
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Active DEA License
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
• BLS Certification

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$56.76 - $87.59
