Job Details:
• Work as the sole provider in an urgent care setting treating approximately 20 patients per shift (up to 40 PPD possible)• Treat both adult and pediatric patients (ages 6 months and up)• Perform various procedures including I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and other minor procedures• Must be proficient with EPIC EMR system• Provider must have strong clinical and interpersonal skills to work effectively with support staff• Required certifications include board certification (MD/DO), NCCPA (PA), Family NP certification, and BLS• Minimum of 12 months experience required (new graduates not considered)• Support multiple locations within a 65-mile radius of home residence• Complete required clinical interview, EMR training and onboarding prior to first solo shift• No call requirements• Supervising physician provided for APPs• Mileage reimbursement available (no travel or lodging reimbursement)• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 20 days• Must be licensed in North Carolina
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
