Job Summary

As an LPN in our urgent care setting, you will provide exceptional care to patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or Provider. Your role includes collaborating with the healthcare team to help patients reach their health goals.

• Engage with healthcare team members to facilitate patient care and outcomes.
• Participate in hands-on patient care by collecting, documenting, and communicating essential patient information.
• Implement therapeutic measures, under the supervision of an RN or MD, to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required.
• Experience in a medical/surgical office is preferred.
• Specific experience or specialization may be needed.
