nThis FTE conversion requisition is ONLY for current Oracle PD interns (non-OCI) to be rehired for full-time roles
nIntended for students graduating with their Bachelors degree by, or have graduated within, 12 months of cohort start date in June/July 2026.
nTarget Start Date: early-June or mid-July
nOracle Cloud Service Center
nYou will be joining the OCSC (Oracle Cloud Service Centre) as an SRD (site reliability developer). Your job role will be helping Oracle ensure the availability of cloud services 24x7x365. You will leverage excellence in communication, technical/business analysis, problem solving and attention to detail to methodically resolve issues.
nOCSC Mission: Safeguard all SaaS services by preventing problems; and when problems do occur, solving them quickly and completely.
nThe Oracle Cloud Service Centre monitors and responds to Service Events that are impacting our SaaS customers' ability to use their services 24x7x365.
nWhat You'll Do
nJoin a fun and flexible workplace where you'll enhance your skills and build a solid professional foundation. You will be working in a dev ops team, experiencing both development and operations. As a Cloud Service Centre Site Reliability Developer Intern you will be involved with:

Administer production servers/services and test system health

Offer mitigation paths to accelerate the process of system recovery
n n - n
Work with system monitoring and alerting tools to identify trouble source
n n - n
Execute defined SOPs to avoid or reduce event impact duration
n n - n
Undertake Incident Command training and experience working on an on-call rotation
n n
Development

- n
Fulfill tickets from internal customers related to the management of the Oracle Cloud Platform
n n - n
Develop scripts to enhance cloud reliability and/or automation
n n - n
Participate in an agile development scrum to fulfil user stories
n n - n
Define your own sprint goals and collaborate on the outcomes of Oracle Cloud Service Centre initiatives and quarterly objectives
n n - n
Coordinate with other scrum teams to fulfil the development objectives set out for the Oracle Cloud Service Centre.

Embedding within other development teams.
n n - n
Using tools to show key performance indicators within the business to ensure targets are met.

nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
