Ultrasound Technologist
All Shifts Available, Full-time and Part-time
$30,000 Sign-On Bonus Available for Qualified Candidates
The Radiology team at Baptist Health works together to provide the highest level of care for every patient. Job Description:

Provides health care services by applying sonic energy to assist in diagnosis.
Performs Sonography procedures, computer processing and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by a Radiologist or a licensed independent practitioner.
Exercises professional judgment in performance of service and maintains a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics.
Recognizes various patient conditions in order to provide appropriate patient care to ensure successful completion of the exam or procedure.

Requirements:

Satisfactory completion of an accredited education program in Sonography or equivalent.
Current certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or eligible.
Required ARDMS certification in Abdomen and OB-Gyn. If not certified upon hire, must obtain certifications within one (1) year of hire.
