Work You'll Do

1. Supports configuration, development, integration with other applications, requirements analysis, process execution, and system evaluation for ServiceNow solutions.
2. Gathers and analyzes customer requirements, defines optimal ServiceNow usage, and works closely with both clients and development teams to deliver tailored solutions.
3. Designs, creates, tests, and maintains ServiceNow modules and suites using formal design processes and diverse programming/data modeling languages (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, CSV).
4. Administers ServiceNow instances (user/group management, permissions, notifications), configures intuitive interfaces, develops technical documentation, and manages migrations to production.
5. Oversees software and configuration management, performs unit testing, defect resolution, custom development, 3rd party integrations, and ensures adherence to ITIL Foundations and business requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required with an active polygraph
• 2+ years of JavaScript coding/development skills in ServiceNow environments
• 2+ years of developing and implementing ServiceNow APIs, or equivalent API experience with other products
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required
• Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA with potential to be in offices across the Northern VA area
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
