Background:

• 5+ years' of experience as a trust and estate paralegal
• Prepare probate filings including petitions for probate, inventories and tax returns
• Trust administration duties including expenses, distributions and filing returns
• Strong organizational and writing skills
• At least 2 years of college and Paralegal Certificate is required
