Travelling Superintendent - Commercial Ground up (Chapel Hill)

We're looking for a Traveling Superintendent to oversee light commercial construction projects including retail stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and tenant improvements across the Southeast.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to lead crews, solve problems in real time, and keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality and safety standards.
What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day job site operations for multiple fast-paced commercial projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards across all phases of construction
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and vendors to keep everyone aligned
• Travel to job sites throughout the Southeast, typically on a Monday-Friday schedule
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction (light commercial preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel regularly and manage multiple job sites
