Job Description
Gpac is seeking an experienced Traveling Steel Industrial Coating Project Manager to oversee large-scale steel coating projects across the country. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader with a strong background in industrial coatings, structural steel, and project management.
Responsibilities:

Manage multiple steel coating projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and crews to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting.
Ensure adherence to OSHA and industry safety regulations.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive successful project execution.
Travel extensively to job sites as required.

Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience in industrial steel coating project management .
Strong knowledge of protective coatings, surface preparation, and application processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
