Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the job site, ensuring that construction work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include managing the construction project from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating all construction activities. Ensure that all construction work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Develop and implement project schedules, timelines, and budgets. Supervise and direct all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers. Maintain a safe working environment on the job site, including implementing and enforcing all safety regulations and standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met. Review and approve all construction work for compliance with plans, specifications, and codes. Monitor and report on project progress, including preparing progress reports and conducting regular meetings with project stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Prepare and submit all required project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and final close-out documents.

Qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team of contractors, laborers, and suppliers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and codes. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
