Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist
Location: York, PA 
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (07:00 – 15:30)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures, including angiography, stent placements, embolizations, and biopsies.
• Assist with specialized vascular procedures such as EVAR, TEVAR, and renal artery stenting.
• Prepare procedure rooms, set up equipment, and maintain sterile fields.
• Act as scrub tech, circulator, and assist with post-procedure recovery and documentation.
• Utilize Vascular Closure Systems such as Perclose and StarClose.
• Support procedures involving abdominal, pelvic, genitourinary, and vascular systems.
• Respond to emergent procedures, including care for COVID-19 patients when needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and cover weekend shifts as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of interventional radiology or cath lab experience (may consider less for strong candidates)
• ARRT certification (required); ARRT VI preferred
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Proficient in:
  • Stent placements (renal, carotid, uterine)
  • Embolization and chemoembolization
  • Thoracentesis and paracentesis
  • IVUS, atherectomy, and advanced imaging techniques
• Experience in interventional radiology or cardiac cath lab environments
• Familiar with age-specific competencies for young adult, middle adult, and older adult populations
• Epic charting experience preferred
