Job Title: Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team. This role involves working in a dynamic healthcare setting with rotating shifts, including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, along with weekends, holidays, and on-call duties. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in a variety of sonography disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in General, OB, Vascular, and Breast imaging areas.
• Utilize advanced imaging techniques to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout the examination process.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret results and develop patient care plans.
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards while performing imaging procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion of a C.A.H.E.P. accredited training program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• ARRT certification in Radiology is required.
• Experience in General, OB, Vascular, and Breast sonography.
• BLS, RVT, and ARMDS certifications are required; ARRT preferred.
• Disclosure of any background hits is mandatory at the time of submission.
• Must provide a copy of an unexpired driver's license within a 100-mile radius rule.

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

• Trauma Level: Acute Care Setting
