Job Opportunity: Radiation Sonographer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiation Sonographer to join our team for an engaging 8-hour rotating shift. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality imaging services and floating between locations as needed.

Key Details

• Shift: 8 Hour Rotating
• Schedule: Day/Evening shifts (0830-1700 or 1500-2330)
• Floating: Required to Valcour Imaging
• Weekend and On-Call: Required

Qualifications

• Current ARDMS Certification in Abdomen (AB) and/or Obstetrics (OB) is required
• Must have experience with GE Logiq 9, PACS-Visage, and EPIC within the last 2 years
• BLS Certification is mandatory
• Ultrasound Tech Certification Verification (Equivalency) is required

Job Requirements

• Completion of all work history information, including bed count, EMR, and facility type
• All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
• Reliable transportation is a must; public transport is not accessible in the area
• Vehicles should have all-season or snow tires from November to April

Additional Information

This role involves a full-time contract of 182 weeks, with orientations held bi-weekly on Monday. Please note that block scheduling is not available.
