Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Sonographer for a 13-week night shift assignment in the Ultrasound unit, requiring at least 1 year of experience and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Ultrasound unit of a clinical setting
• Night shift schedule: weekdays 20:30-06:30, weekends 20:00-08:30
• 7 days on and 7 days off (Wednesday to Tuesday)
• Holiday rotations required for holidays falling during scheduled workweek
• Uses Epic EMR and GE Centricity PACS; experience with these systems is highly preferred
• Must provide a scanned copy of the BLS card (front and back) for verification
• License or certificate verification must be performed within 30 days of start if required for the position
• Holiday coverage is expected when holidays fall within scheduled workweeks

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sonographer
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• License required if applicable
• Experience with Epic and GE Centricity PACS preferred
