Travel Nursing Job Details

• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry

• Unit: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (32 beds)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Hours per Week: 36
• Patient Ratio: 6:1
• Float Rotation: May float to PCU/ICU (low acuity)
• Start Date: October 27, 2025
• End Date: January 26, 2026
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,570 - $1,680

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license (or compact state license eligible for Arizona)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• At least 1 year of recent experience as a Telemetry RN or Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse
• Flexibility to work all night shifts during the assignment
• Willingness to float to PCU/ICU (low acuity) as needed

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit
• Apply the Nursing Process in compliance with the Arizona Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership in patient care planning
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development
• Delegate patient care tasks based on staff education and experience
• Supervise and provide direction to assigned healthcare personnel
• Float to PCU/ICU (low acuity) as required
