About The Position

• Join a collaborative surgical team in a short-term acute care hospital (80 beds) and play a key role in supporting complex cases.
• This is a great opportunity for Surgical Techs with Ortho experience who are ready to jump into high-acuity cases.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating room, instruments, and sterile fields for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and RNs during complex cases, ensuring sterile technique at all times.
• Anticipate surgical team needs and ensure availability of supplies/equipment.
• Support post-operative room turnover and maintain compliance with safety standards.

• 1+ year Surgical Tech experience
• Ortho experience required; Neuro & Vascular required; Trauma/Inpatient preferred
• BLS (AHA)
• First-time travelers accepted
• Weekend rotation: 3 per schedule
• On-Call: One weeknight per week + every 2nd/3rd Sat/Sun (20-min response)
• No locals accepted | Pending license not accepted
