Travel Surgical Assistant - $2,523 per week

Talent4Health is seeking a travel Surgical First Assistant for a travel job in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

Shift: 4x10s 6:30AM-5:30PM 

Required: -Completion of a CAAHEP accredited program in Surgical Technology OR -Foreign Medical Graduate with 3 years of Surgical Assistance experience in the US (handled on a case-by-case basis) 2+ year experience in Surgical assistant Preferred: NSAA, CFA in the AST, or RNFA at the National Assistant at Surgery Certification (NASC).

Skills:

Required Skills & Experience:
-Extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, excellent eye-hand coordination, and ability to stand for long periods of time.
-Sound judgment and knowledge of scientific principles must be used.
-Competency in selected skills is required through hospital provided instruction.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Four (4) years of general experience with two (2) years in any specialty area.
