A facility in Saratoga, NY is looking for a Crisis Evaluation LMSW. The ED Crisis Evaluator LMSW must be familiar with care of the psychiatric patient and able to conduct crisis evaluations and then work in collaboration with the ED care team and psychiatric providers to facilitate safe disposition. No ED credentials needed but candidate MUST HAVE experience in performing crisis evaluations in an ED setting Familiarity with voluntary and involuntary admission procedures in needed. They may be asked to float to the inpatient MHU. BLS needed. Min 3 years of experience. Every other weekend/holiday required.
