⏰ Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8 AM – 5 PM

What You’ll Do:
🤝 Support patients & families through social services
🏥 Conduct discharge planning & connect to community resources
🧠 Provide counseling for emotional, financial, or medical challenges
⚠️ Handle high-risk cases & crisis intervention
📋 Document sessions & assist with patient advocacy
👩‍🎓 Mentor students or new staff

What We’re Looking For:
🎓 MSW (Master’s in Social Work) – LMSW preferred
💡 Hospital experience & strong communication skills
🛠️ Knowledge of community & hospital resources
❤️ Compassionate, patient-focused, self-starter
