Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of case management experience required.

License: Active Oregon LCSW license.

Certifications: BLS preferred.

Charting System: Epic (required).

Preferred Experience:

Teaching or community hospital setting
LTAC
Trauma Level I or II environments

Travel Experience: Not required
