Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Care Manager for a case management position requiring a compact or MS RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based case management unit
• Day shift position with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 13-week assignment
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• A valid driver's license is required
• Holiday coverage may be required as scheduled

Requirements

• Active MS or compact RN license required
• At least 1 year of recent case management experience required
• No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• Applicants who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility in the last 2 years are not eligible
• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
