Job Description

American Traveler seeks an experienced RN Case Manager with an active CO or compact RN license and strong case management experience for a full-time day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Full-time day position in a hospital setting
• Choice of scheduling: 3x12 hour shifts or 4x10 hour shifts per week
• Includes rotating weekend coverage
• No call responsibilities
• 13-week contract assignment
• Responsible for managing care plans for inpatients and outpatients and supporting families across the continuum of care
• Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
• Facility offers fully furnished housing options for travelers, subject to availability

Requirements

• Active CO or compact RN license required
• Graduate of an accredited or state board approved RN program
• Minimum of 3 years of RN case management experience required
• Proof of current flu vaccine is required with no exemptions
