Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver critical oxygen therapy, ventilator support, and other respiratory treatments tailored to the unique needs of neonates.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate vital signs, adjusting respiratory support according to each infant's condition.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of neonatologists and NICU staff to create and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Conduct essential diagnostic tests, including blood gas analysis, to assess lung function and respiratory health.
• Educate and support parents regarding respiratory equipment and care techniques to empower them for a successful discharge.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient treatments and progress to ensure continuity of care.
