Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Shift: Day shifts, 8 hours (Start times: 9:30am–12:00pm)

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Radiology Technologist in a community hospital and trauma level I setting
Valid ARRT (R) certification
Active IEMA license (Illinois Emergency Management Agency)
Proficient in Epic and Enterprise Sectra PACS charting systems
Skilled in all radiology department areas: OR, Fluoroscopy, portable imaging, and Emergency Department
Ability to work independently and float within hospital or affiliate facilities
Previous travel healthcare experience required
Must reside outside a 75-mile radius from Belleville, IL
Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

Perform general radiology and diagnostic imaging exams, including OR, ER, and fluoroscopy procedures
Operate portable imaging equipment and assist with bedside procedures
Administer and prepare contrast media as needed
Manage a daily caseload of approximately 220 exams
Provide imaging services for neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
Maintain accurate documentation using Epic and Sectra PACS
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Participate in rotating weeks and holiday coverage as required
