Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with at least 5 years of experience and active Massachusetts ARRT certification.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in a general x-ray department serving urgent care and walk-in patients
• Unit assignment is ACC Minor Imaging
• Shifts are Monday and Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• EPIC is used for charting and EMR documentation
• Responsibilities include performing general x-ray imaging for urgent care and walk-in patients
• Required to use EPIC for all charting and patient documentation
• RTO (requested time off) must be communicated at the time of application
• Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston
• Parking costs may apply; no validated parking provided
• Two professional references are required for consideration
• Scrub or dress code details not specified

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist
• Active ARRT certification required
• Valid Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license required at time of consideration; no conditional or pending licenses accepted
• BLS certification through AHA is required
• Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccine series; religious and medical exemptions are not accepted
• Flu vaccine required during flu season
• License required if applicable
