Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with at least 2 years of experience, current ARRT(R) and BLS certifications, and Epic experience for a night shift contract assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital X-Ray department on the night shift
• Night shifts are 3x12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend shifts are required as part of a rotating schedule
• Possible on-call rotation may be scheduled
• Holiday coverage may include working 2 out of 3 major holidays
• May care for patients with COVID
• Uses the Epic EMR system
• Candidates may be required to complete online training modules prior to start, which generally take 5-6 hours
• Environment is tobacco and fragrance free
• Travel pairs are permitted but matching schedules cannot be guaranteed
• Clinical review and manager interview are part of the hiring process

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an X-Ray Technologist
• Current ARRT(R) and BLS certifications required (AHA or ARC only)
• Epic charting experience required
• License required if applicable
• No license hits accepted
• Must be willing to adhere to a maximum of 7 days of requested time off during the contract
• Candidates living within 50 miles are considered local
• Tobacco and fragrance free work environment
