Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for evening shifts at a major teaching Level II Trauma Center with Cerner experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a short-term acute care hospital recognized as a major teaching facility and Level II Trauma Center
• Serve on the X-Ray Tech unit covering a wide range of patient cases
• Evening shifts Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• No weekend shifts required
• Uses Cerner electronic medical record system
• Role involves serving a variety of patient populations in a teaching hospital environment
• Modules must be completed during orientation and annually, with an average of 4-6 hours required
• Labs must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing
• Free parking is available for travelers in both lot and garage
• Local candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are not accepted

Requirements

• Current X-Ray Technologist license required if applicable
• Experience in acute care hospital or trauma setting preferred
• Cerner EMR experience required or preferred
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver’s license and SSN required for consideration
