Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with ARRT (MR) certification and at least 2 years of recent experience for a night shift hospital role.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital MRI department
• Night shift schedule: three 12-hour shifts weekly, Monday through Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• No on-call requirements
• Use of the Epic EMR system, Epic experience preferred but not required
• Floating to different units may be required as needed
• First-time travelers are not accepted for this position
• Local candidates within a 60-mile radius are not accepted
• References from supervisors within the past 2 years preferred
• Candidates must provide document verification and answer facility screening questions prior to consideration
• Any color scrubs are permitted
• Must be separated from the employer system for at least one year to be eligible for return as a traveler
• Modules are not required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years recent MRI technologist experience
• Current ARRT (MR) certification and BLS required
• Must hold or have proof of application for a Washington state radiology license (license required if applicable)
• Experience with hospital-based MRI imaging
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to consideration
