Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist with at least 1 year of outpatient imaging experience and ARRT-R certification for an overnight weekend assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is in an outpatient imaging department
• Primary responsibility is performing various radiologic procedures for outpatient cases
• Weekend overnight shifts: Friday 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Saturday 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM, and Sunday 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM
• No call requirements during the assignment
• Uses Epic EMR system; prior experience is beneficial
• Role involves delivering high-quality imaging for a diverse outpatient population
• Charcoal gray scrubs are required
• Orientation or education modules may be required prior to the first day
• Candidates should demonstrate reliability, strong communication, and teamwork
• Local candidates are allowed at a reduced bill rate
• A US Social Security number is required for consideration
• Facility enforces a 50-mile radius rule for travel pay eligibility

Requirements

• Active ARRT-R certification required
• State radiology license and BLS certification required; license required if applicable
• Minimum of 1 year recent radiology technologist experience
• Outpatient imaging experience preferred
• Must have no gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Must be able to pass EKG testing if required for assignment
