Job Title: Radiation Therapist
Location: Lubbock, TX 79410
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift/Schedule: Day shifts 
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

• Job Description: -
• Deliver safe and effective radiation treatments including External Beam Therapy, IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, and Gamma Knife.
• Operate treatment units including Elekta Infinity, Elekta Versa HD, GE, and HexaPOD systems.
• Perform CT simulations, custom molds, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, and dosimetry support.
• Monitor patients during treatment, provide education, and ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and perform chart checks.
  
  Required Skills & Experience:
• Active Texas State License (TMB) – must be in hand
• ARRT (R) certification & BLS required
• 1+ year of clinical experience (1st-time travelers welcome)
• Strong skills in pediatric and/or adult outpatient radiation therapy preferred
• Familiarity with emergency response procedures and patient transfer devices
