Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications:

Active, current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice or able to obtain one

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (CAPTE accredited)

Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
