Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with at least 1 year of recent specialty experience for a day shift contract position.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based physical therapy department
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 13-week contract assignment
• No local travelers permitted within a 50-mile radius
• Travelers who have worked as perm staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible
• RTO requests should be less than 1 week
• Returned travelers must wait 2 years after previous CHS perm staff employment to be eligible

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in physical therapy
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Driver’s license required for consideration
