Required Skills & Experience:
-Previous experience in an approved medical facility.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Previous physical therapy experience in a hospital based setting.

Required Education:
-Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy, receiving applicable degree in physical therapy study with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Possession of a current license or eligibility to be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of New York.
-BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross).

Experience with ergonomics, early symptom intervention, and industrial settings, experience working independently.
