Position: Home Health Physical Therapist
Location: Saint Joseph, MO
Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Shift: 5x8 Days (08:00–16:30)
Call: Required – 1 Sunday every 5 weeks
Weekends: Every 5th week (clinician will work Sat/Sun and take 2 weekdays off)

Requirements:

BLS certification
DPT degree
Active MO State License
Minimum 1 year of experience with Home Health required

Locals: Accepted at reduced rate
