Shift: Day Shift, 8-hour | M–Th: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, F: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (flexible)
Setting: Outpatient Neurological Rehab

This Physical Therapist role focuses on neuro rehab in an outpatient clinic setting. The clinician will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of neurological conditions, assisting them in achieving functional goals through individualized therapy plans. A strong neuro background is required; outpatient experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and adjust interventions based on patient progress and response
• Maintain documentation per facility and compliance standards
• Participate in interdisciplinary communication and care coordination
• Support program development efforts to meet community needs
• Adapt care delivery and communication to each patient's specific needs
• Maintain productivity metrics and contribute to positive patient experiences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (or higher) – Required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience – Required
• Current Louisiana Physical Therapist License – Required
• Experience treating neurological conditions – Required
• Outpatient clinic experience – Preferred
• Proficient in web-based systems and EMRs
• Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
