Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient rehab clinic assignment requiring at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient rehabilitation clinic setting
• Day shifts from 07:30 to 16:00
• 13-week contract assignment
• Responsible for performing initial and ongoing PT assessments, developing care plans, and delivering therapy interventions
• Oversight of physical therapy assistants and support personnel
• Regularly collaborates with physicians, nursing staff, and other health professionals regarding patient progress and recommendations
• Local candidates are eligible but may receive a reduced rate based on radius rules
• COVID-19 vaccine is not currently required
• Only one active assignment with the healthcare system is permitted at a time

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent physical therapy experience required
• Current Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• References and copies of certifications required
• Driver’s License required
• Candidates must possess a US Social Security Number and a US home address
