LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Green Valley, Arizona.

• Hold license as a Physical Therapist in the state in which you intend to work
• Maintain and update PT skills and certifications as necessary
• Evaluate and treat patients for physical therapy and rehabilitation programs
• Utilize Electronic Medical Record to complete evaluations, reports and discharge summaries for
  patient files
• Guide & monitor patient care in all aspects of treatment and follow-up
• Supervise PT Assistants and Aides regarding all aspects of patient care
• Communicate with physicians and other persons to insure quality patient care
• Correspond with co-workers & other offices via phone, fax & email
• Be responsible for accurate patient chart documentation & follow-up re: prescriptions, test
  results, authorizations etc.
• Make sure patients are comfortable and answer questions when necessary.
• Work closely with the front office staff regarding scheduling and patient follow up.
• Have computer skills necessary to complete job requirements i.e. typing, Word, Internet, EMR, etc.
• Be able to make independent decisions regarding patient care
• Be involved in the business marketing & referral process when necessary
• Be responsible for following HIPAA policy & procedure
• Be familiar with PT billing policy & procedure re: Medicare work-comp, private, auto, liens,
  cash pay etc.
• Be proficient in DX and ICD-10 coding for the billing of services
• Be able to be physical mobile, including a combination of stool sitting, walking, and prolonged standing
  for 8-10 hour work days, based on patient care schedule.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds and assist moving patients with mobility restraints, assist patients
  with transferring, and providing stand by assistance and recovery with patient
  walking safety.
