LanceSoft is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Whittier, California.

Requirements:
Experience:
-Minimum 5 years of experience required
-Must have inpatient/acute care experience
 

Certifications (Required): BLS, ACLS, PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy)
 

Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge in anticoagulants, cardiac, geriatric, pediatric, renal, and psychotherapeutic dosing, including clinical and pharmacokinetic dosing. Experienced with high-risk medications, warfarin, antibiotics, therapeutic medication monitoring, pain-controlled analgesia, IV push and piggyback medications, compounding, sterile technique, Carousel system, code response, and cardiovascular and neurologic pharmacotherapy.

Important:

-This position requires a 4x10 night shift schedule (8:00 PM – 6:30 AM).

-The designated workweek runs from Sunday to Sunday.

-The 7 on/7 off rotation begins on Thursday, resulting in 3 workdays one week and 4 the next.

-Availability to work weekends and holidays is required if scheduled 7 days on include any of these.
 

Additional Info: Orientation will begin on day shifts, followed by a transition to the night schedule
