Schedule: Day shift (730a-4p)
Duration: 12 weeks

Key Responsibilities:
• Dispense medications, monitor drug therapies, and provide drug information to patients and healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care
• Compounding and dispensing medications, managing pharmacy inventory, developing medication policies, collaborating with the medical team to optimize medication plans

• Provide patient education on drug use, side effects, and interactions

• Serve as a primary resource for drug information to other healthcare professionals, patients, and their families, explaining correct dosages, potential side effects, and medication interactions

Qualifications:
• Active IA Pharmacist license
• Minimum 1+ years of Hospital Pharmaceutical experience required
• MUST have experience in Critical access, inpatient, outpatient, chemo/outpatient infusion and compounding
• American Heart BLS certification required
• EPIC Willow experience is preferred
