**Job Title: Per Diem Float Pool Registered Nurse - Emergency Department**

**Shift:** Nights (20:00-08:30) (8:00 PM - 8:30 AM)

**Location:** Flemington, NJ 08822

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurses to join our Per Diem Float Pool for the Emergency Department (ED). This role is ideal for dedicated healthcare professionals looking for flexibility in their work schedule while maintaining a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department, adapting to various patient needs and healthcare settings.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in patient assessment, planning, and implementation of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, adhering to established protocols and standards.
- Engage in continuous education and training to stay current with the latest healthcare practices and technologies.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an Emergency Department or a relevant acute care setting.
- **Licensure:** Active New Jersey RN License (must be obtained prior to application submission).
- **Certifications:** Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
- **Commitment:** Must commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per month to maintain active status in the Float Pool.

**Additional Information:**
- Cancellation Policy: A 2-hour cancellation notice is required for scheduled shifts.
- Flu Immunization: Mandatory unless a valid medical exemption with supporting documentation is provided.
- Scrub Policy: Any clean and neat color of scrubs is acceptable.
