Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with a valid MA license and AHA BLS certification for a weekday assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily in an outpatient sports medicine setting with occasional hospital shift coverage as needed
• Four 10-hour shifts scheduled weekdays, typically starting between 8:00-8:30 am and ending at 4:30 pm
• Patient population includes year-round residents and seasonal visitors
• EPIC is used for charting and documentation
• Shared housing is provided at no cost to the traveler
• RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration
• No religious or medical exemptions allowed for vaccine requirements
• Dress code and scrubs not specified; candidates should be prepared for outpatient and occasional hospital settings
• Local candidates must have permanent residence at least 60 miles from downtown Boston to qualify for the standard rate
• Parking may incur costs at certain locations

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts PT license required at time of consideration; MA conditional licenses are not accepted
• Active AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
• Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations required with no exemptions permitted
• References required for consideration
