Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting with at least one year of experience and a WI license or pending license.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week, 13-week contract
• May be required to float within the hospital as needed
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Travelers cannot live within a 60-mile radius of the facility; local travelers not considered
• If assignment covers multiple holidays, only one holiday RTO will be approved
• All required compliance labs and appointments must be completed within 48 hours of signing to avoid potential cancellation
• COVID vaccine is not required for this position
• Must participate in mandatory orientation modules, which will be completed and logged in Kronos
• Returning travelers may only work for up to one year before a one-year break in service is required

Requirements

• Minimum of one year recent physical therapy experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Valid or pending WI State Physical Therapy license required; license required if applicable
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required
• AHA certifications must be current before start
• Submission of resume, transcript or diploma, and three references (two peers and one department chair) within one week of signing
