Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience for an adult outpatient clinic in New York.

Responsibilities

• This position is based in an outpatient physical therapy clinic focusing on orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
• Caseload consists of adult patients only, averaging 12 patients per day
• Shift options include 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM, varying across weekdays
• Possible floating to other nearby outpatient sites as needed
• Utilizes Raintree for electronic medical records
• Responsibilities include providing outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation to adult patients
• Free parking is provided on site
• Local candidates are allowed within 60 miles at a reduced rate
• Returning travelers may be subject to additional eligibility review
• Completion of facility-specific onboarding modules required before assignment start

Requirements

• Current NYS Physical Therapist License and Registration required if applicable
• Minimum of 1 year outpatient orthopedic experience required; 3+ years preferred
• Two recent professional references from prior managers required for consideration
• Only AHA BLS certification is accepted
• Business casual attire is required
